Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  1. Slice off about one quarter of each profiterole; reserve top.
  2. Hollow out profiterole with fingertip. Fill with about 1 tsp dip; replace top. 
  3. Bake 5-8 min on baking sheet. Serve warm.
