Kids will prep a rainbow of fresh veggies, then squish beans, oil and lemon juice to make their own white bean hummus. Then it’s a double rainbow—colorful fruits layered with vanilla Greek yogurt. The special treat at the end of the rainbow is a shamrock cookie to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.  It’s a fun way to try new foods, plus learn the importance of a wide variety of fruits and veggies!
