Meals Under 500 Calories

Feel like you just don’t have time to eat better?

With a store full of choices, but a limited time for lunch, our employees didn’t know which way to turn. That’s when our Buffalo store managers asked for help. They wanted “grab and go” meal ideas that supported the “eat well live well” principles. That’s when one of our corporate nutritionists, Trish Kazacos RD, got working with the prepared foods team to serve up quick affordable meals, such as our Sub Shop Wrap Combo, that have no more than 500 calories and at least 1 cup of fruits and veggies.
